Our Philosophy

“Sort”, “Set In order”, “Shine”, “Standardize” and “Sustain”.

The list describes how to organize a work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order. The decision-making process usually comes from a dialogue about standardization, which builds understanding among employees of how they should do the work. This describes the methodology we keep in CBI Group to generate the synergy of the supply chain process management.

This is the essence of CBI Group

Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)

Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) is a supply chain security program in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) multi-layered cargo enforcement strategy. Through this program, CBP works with the trade community to strengthen international supply chains and improve United States border security. CTPAT is a voluntary public-private sector partnership program which recognizes that CBP can provide the highest level of cargo security only through close cooperation with the principal stakeholders of the international supply chain such as importers, carriers, consolidators, licensed customs brokers, and manufacturers. A certified company will have expedited processing of their cargo and fewer customs examinations.
